Overview

Industrial Engineer - Contract Position (Malayalees preferred). A leading industrial company in Ar-Ruwais is seeking experienced Industrial Engineers for a contract position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering principles and techniques, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required. Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards are met Conduct time studies, create work schedules, and monitor production progress to meet deadlines Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design new products or improve existing ones Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create technical drawings and schematics Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial engineering role Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control techniques, and lean manufacturing principles Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams Compensation & Eligibility
