Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement Implement efficient and effective solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs Utilize industrial engineering tools and techniques such as time studies, value stream mapping, and process flow analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement strategies Monitor production data and performance to identify potential areas of improvement Train and educate employees on new processes and procedures Conduct audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operations Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry Knowledge of industrial engineering principles, techniques, and tools Proficiency in project management, data analysis, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Must be fluent in English Benefits
