Senior Procurement Officer (Bilingual)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Procurement Officer to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all purchasing activities, ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods and services, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to support the company’s growth and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms.
• Manage procurement processes including sourcing, tendering, and contract management.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely supply of materials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Prepare procurement reports, budgets, and cost analyses.
• Lead and mentor the procurement team.
