Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Draftsman to lead the preparation coordination and management of structural architectural and landscaping drawings submittals and schedules. This role involves creating and reviewing high-quality error‑free shop drawings using CAD software ensuring alignment with project specifications and coordination with architectural teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical drawings, plans, and diagrams using CAD software based on sketches and specifications.
• Review and revise drawings for accuracy compliance with industry standards building codes and project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align designs and resolve conflicts.
• Mentor and guide junior draftsmen fostering team productivity and sharing best practices.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure error‑free drafts and implement corrective measures.
• Manage and organize drawing files and documentation for easy access and retrieval.
• Oversee production printing and timely delivery of drawings to meet project milestones.
• Stay updated on CAD advancements drafting techniques and industry trends to enhance workflows.
