Senior Draftsman

Senior Draftsman (Architectural / Civil / Landscaping) Duration : 6 months extendable

Location : Lusail Qatar

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Senior Draftsman to lead the preparation coordination and management of structural architectural and landscaping drawings submittals and schedules. This role involves creating and reviewing high-quality error‑free shop drawings using CAD software ensuring alignment with project specifications and coordination with architectural teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed technical drawings, plans, and diagrams using CAD software based on sketches and specifications.

Review and revise drawings for accuracy compliance with industry standards building codes and project requirements.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align designs and resolve conflicts.

Mentor and guide junior draftsmen fostering team productivity and sharing best practices.

Conduct quality checks to ensure error‑free drafts and implement corrective measures.

Manage and organize drawing files and documentation for easy access and retrieval.

Oversee production printing and timely delivery of drawings to meet project milestones.

Stay updated on CAD advancements drafting techniques and industry trends to enhance workflows.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Senior Draftsman in architectural, civil, or landscaping projects.

Proficiency in CAD software and knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
