Spa Receptionist

This position serves as the first point of contact for spa guests, providing exceptional service through efficient booking, welcoming guests, and offering information on spa treatments and facilities. This role ensures smooth front desk operations and a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in, appointments, and inquiries.
• Manage spa reservations through phone, email, and in-person requests.
• Provide detailed information about spa treatments, services, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate guest records and process payments efficiently.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
• Support spa team members with administrative tasks and scheduling.
• Monitor and maintain front desk supplies and inventory.
