Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements

Faculty members will be placed in the appropriate rank based on their education and experience.

Education

A master’s degree in TEFL or a related programme from an internationally recognised university, plus an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in a post‑secondary, adult training, or industry training environment, preferably with 3 years of employment experience as a practitioner / professional within the relevant discipline.
