Financial Analyst

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute in the development of a sustainable business model for the different Zones in Qatar and support in developing and implementing a viable business plan.
• Conduct market research feasibility studies and financial analysis by creating financial models to identify and assess new opportunities and partnerships for Company and potential investors.
• Stay up to date with reports laws trends etc. that may have an impact on the financial aspect of Company's business and provide any relevant recommendations.
• Analyze data that may affect investment plans such as pricing stability future trends and risks and develop and present reports to the relevant stakeholders as required.
• Contribute to the development of proposals for potential business opportunities from a financial analysis point of view in collaboration with the Business Development Department.
• Support in evaluating potential business opportunities and investments by conducting financial analysis and provide recommendations and prepare any necessary action plans.
• Prepare monthly quarterly or annual performance review reports on key activities & achievements and submit to senior management as needed.
• Prepare department budget in collaboration with the management & finance department and put it up for approvals.
• Any other duties requested by Management.
