Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer - HVAC at Ozone Cool in Doha, Qatar. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging in sales activities, and delivering excellent customer service. The role will involve communication with clients, conducting sales demonstrations, and ensuring client satisfaction with HVAC solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support related to HVAC systems to clients and internal teams.
• Engage in sales activities, including client outreach and product demonstrations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction with HVAC solutions.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and propose suitable HVAC solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and technical specifications as needed.
