We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Engineer to join our HVAC Aftermarket team within ENIM. This role provides technical expertise and support throughout the HVAC aftermarket sales cycle, acting as a vital link between the sales team and customers. The Sales Engineer will leverage in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and aftermarket products to identify solutions, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC aftermarket products and services. Identify upgrade opportunities and propose solutions for maximizing efficiency and performance. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement) for technical feasibility and project delivery. Develop and deliver presentations showcasing the benefits of ENIM’s HVAC aftermarket offerings. Participate in sales meetings and calls, providing technical insights and answering customer queries. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring adherence to company pricing and terms. Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers. Conduct site visits to evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Provide product training to internal sales teams and external customers. Identify trends and opportunities in the HVAC aftermarket, contributing to new sales strategies. Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales or a related technical field. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and aftermarket solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal (English and Arabic). Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
