Description

Business Development :  Identify and acquire new clients in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Sales Strategy :  Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Technical Consultation :  Provide expert guidance on welding and fabrication solutions tailored to client needs.

Customer Relations :  Build long-term relationships with key customers and industry partners.

Quoting & Proposal Management :  Prepare pricing estimates, quotations, and bids for engineering projects.

Market Analysis :  Research competitors and identify industry trends to refine strategies.

Desired Skills & Experience

Engineering Background :  Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Welding, or Manufacturing Engineering.

Sales & Marketing Expertise :  Proven experience in  technical sales, B2B marketing, and client negotiation .

Communication Skills :  Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities to engage with customers.

Technical Knowledge :  Understanding of welding processes, fabrication techniques, and material selection and Estimation..
