• About the role :
• The
• Food & Beverage Server
• provides exceptional quality and service to guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• What you will do :
• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• The Food & Beverage Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests
• Food & Beverage Server clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification
• Ability to work, weekend, nights and holidays
• What you bring :
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language, Arabic is an asset
• Experienced in Luxury Resort and Hotel is an advantage
• Background in French Restaurant is a plus
