Butler

A butler provides personalized service to guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. The butler is responsible for anticipating guest needs, handling requests, and delivering high-quality service that exceeds expectations.

• Provide personalized services such as in-room dining, coordinating spa services, making restaurant reservations, and other requests.
• Handle special requests and arrangements, including surprise amenities, romantic setups, and personalized itineraries.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service during events.
• Provide butler service during events, ensuring guests' needs are met.
• Serve meals and beverages in guest rooms or private dining areas.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel’s menu and wine list to offer recommendations.
• Handle room service orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with booking tickets, making reservations, and other concierge services.
• Create and update guest profiles to ensure personalized service.
• Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs and preferences.
