Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned’s Club, a private members’ club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and a 30m outdoor pool.

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Bartender to deliver world‑class beverage experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages to the highest standards.
• Provide personalized and engaging guest service, ensuring an exceptional bar experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar area.
• Create and recommend signature drinks in line with the hotel’s concept and guest preferences.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Handle transactions accurately and maintain proper cash and inventory controls.
• Collaborate with the F&B and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
