QC Engineer (Welding) - Qatar

We are looking for a

highly experienced QC Engineer – Welding

to join our client’s projects in the

Oil & Gas sector

• . The role requires hands-on experience in

refineries, petrochemicals, fertilizer projects, shutdowns / turnarounds, fabrication, erection of storage tanks, piping, and structural steel works

Oil & Gas / EPC / Contracting

10–12 years of relevant QC / Welding experience

in Oil & Gas projects. Experience in

Contracting companies background preferred

Qualification :

B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Salary Package :

Full package – FAT included

Proven experience working with contracting companies in the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor

welding quality control systems

in line with project specifications.

Conduct

welding inspections, NDT coordination, and WPS / PQR review

Supervise fabrication and erection of tanks, piping, and structural works.

Ensure compliance with

international welding codes and standards

Prepare and maintain

QA / QC documentation and reports

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors on welding-related matters.

Eligibility Criteria

Degree in

Mechanical Engineering

(B.E / B.Tech).

10–12 years of relevant QC / Welding experience

in Oil & Gas projects.

Strong background in : Refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizer Projects

Shutdowns & Turnarounds

Fabrication & Erection of

Storage Tanks, Piping & Structural Steel

CSWIP Certification – Mandatory .
