The role involves receiving, inspecting, organizing, and issuing inventory while maintaining accurate records and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in receiving, unloading, and checking incoming materials or products.
• Verify quantities and quality of items received against delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Organize and label inventory in designated storage areas for easy identification and access.
• Support the Storekeeper in issuing materials to departments as per requisition forms.
• Update stock records and inventory systems accurately and on time.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies to the Storekeeper.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse at all times.
• Ensure proper storage methods to prevent damage or loss of materials.
• Assist in preparing materials for dispatch or delivery when required.
• Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or damaged items immediately.Information## Desired Skills & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse or storekeeping roles is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items.
