We are seeking a proactive, capable, reliable, and confidential Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management in a fast-moving environment. The role involves data analysis, legal and financial support, managing calendars and emails, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information and communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate has strong professional experience, learns quickly, is adaptable and detail-oriented, and presents a pleasant and professional personality. Arabic language skills are not mandatory but would be considered a plus.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to the Senior Management

Strong analytical skills with experience supporting legal and financial matters

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

High level of discretion and confidentiality

Proficiency in MS Office and digital productivity tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
