Handle leasing and sales activities for both residential and commercial properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants
Achieve and exceed monthly leasing and sales targets
Ensure all listings are up-to-date, accurately marketed, and professionally presented
Guide clients through the entire leasing and sales process with transparency and professionalism
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact to handover Qualifications Proven experience in residential and / or commercial leasing and sales (experience in Qatar preferred)
Strong leasing and sales background with a consistent record of closing deals
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline effectively
Real estate broker license is a plus
Valid Qatar ID (with NOC)
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
