We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager Leisure to join our dynamic team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha Qatar. As a key member of our sales department you will drive leisure sales growth and exceed targets in our hotel setting. Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue in the leisure segment Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and industry partners Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends Oversee the preparation and presentation of compelling sales proposals and contracts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to leisure clients Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for senior management Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures in all sales activities Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury hotel sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the leisure segment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies In-depth knowledge of the luxury travel market and current industry trends Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to travel regularly and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays when required Membership or willingness to join relevant industry associations Additional Information
