Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Supervision

• Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate a large stewarding team
• Ensure all stewarding staff arrive on time, properly groomed, and ready for their shifts
• Assign workstations and tasks during line‑up / briefings (start of shift) and pass on necessary information about events / banquet orders
• Conduct individual development discussions, performance reviews, and corrective action when needed
• Provide training to kitchen stewards in all duties, including chemical usage, sanitation standards, equipment operation, etc.
