We are looking for an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. This position requires a biometric passport and excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate should also be able to work without accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks, including filing and organizing paperwork.
- Provide customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Report to the executive team and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare reports, create schedules, and manage budgets as required.
- Liaise with clients and vendors to coordinate activities and ensure smooth operations.
