Job Description
We are seeking a Service Administrator to provide administrative and coordination support to service and operations teams, ensuring smooth scheduling, accurate documentation, and effective communication with clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate service requests, job orders, and work schedules
- Prepare and maintain service reports, job cards, and records
- Communicate with clients regarding service status, schedules, and updates
- Support service engineers / technicians with documentation and logistics
- Maintain service databases, timesheets, and attendance records
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and service-related documentation
- Track service completion and follow up on pending tasks
- Handle purchase requests, material tracking, and service-related records
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards
- Support audits and management reporting
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field2–5 years experience in service administration or operations supportExperience in engineering, facilities, or technical services preferredProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Requirements
