The Lead Therapist is an essential member of Spa’s leadership team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly inventory
• Assist with ordering in Birchstreet
• Train employees on standards and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of Spa areas
• Organize professional and back stock items
• Ensure consistency of service and Spa protocols meet brand standards
• Ensure presentation of Spa products and services meets brand standards
• Support the success of retail sales and track achievement of sales goals for the team
