About the Job

AcuTech Consulting Group is growing rapidly and seeking highly qualified and motivated Process Safety Consultants in Qatar to help fuel our growth. Candidates would join a highly respected team of industry leading PSM experts on challenging projects for many of the world’s and region's largest corporations. Assignments will primarily be based out of Qatar, KSA and other GCC Countries. These positions offer an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth. What You’ll Do

As part of AcuTech’s Qatar team, you will work directly with clients on projects spanning all aspects of process safety and risk management. Successful candidates will proactively apply engineering and problem‑solving skills to meet challenging safety and business objectives while seeking out leadership and growth opportunities. Candidates must have high technical acumen, be self‑motivated, independent, organized, able to work effectively under direction of senior engineers, and handle multiple work assignments and projects.

What’s Required

• Senior Consultants : 10-15+ years’ experience required; ability to develop and lead cross‑functional teams, manage client relationships, develop business and utilize strong project and people management skills.
• Consultants : 5-10+ years’ experience; self‑motivated, independent, organized, able to work effectively under direction of senior engineers, handle multiple work assignments and projects and seek professional growth and development.
• All Roles :

BE / BTech / BS / ME / MTech / MS in related engineering field (chemical, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, safety)

What’s Preferred

Experience in developing, writing, and implementing PSM plans, procedures, design philosophies, design bases, engineering specifications, standard operating procedures

Process hazard analyses (PHA), and risk assessments, or related studies, such as Design Review, HAZID, What‑If, HAZOP, FMEA, ENVID, SIMOPS, Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA), Bowtie Analysis, ALARP Demonstration

Safety integrity level (SIL) assessment, safety integrity level (SIL) assessment based on recognized knowledge of IEC61511 and related standards
