About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor specializing in Roads Operations and Maintenance (O&M) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of quantity surveying for our road infrastructure projects, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and compliance with industry standards.

• Prepare and analyze cost estimates for road maintenance and improvement projects
• Conduct detailed quantity take‑offs and cost analyses for tenders and contracts
• Manage contract administration, including change orders, variations, and claims
• Perform value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
• Monitor and report on project financial performance, including cash flow forecasts
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international best practices in quantity surveying
• Mentor and guide junior quantity surveyors in the team
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures for all quantity surveying activities
