Role Overview

The Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring Northbourne Advisory operates smoothly and efficiently during a period of growth. This role will manage the firm’s day-to-day operational functions, provide support on finance and HR, and implement systems to ensure the business scales effectively. The role requires responsiveness, strong organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operational Management

Oversee and maintain internal systems for project management, document control, and knowledge sharing.

Work with external accountants to manage invoices, expenses, and monthly financial reporting.

Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes in line with QFC employment regulations.

Assist the Chief Executive with scheduling, briefing packs, and internal communications.
