Senior Electrical Engineer Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to oversee and manage all site-related electrical works. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building construction, LV / MV electrical systems, power distribution, ELV systems, and authority regulations, with the ability to lead site teams and ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities

Quantity surveying for electrical systems and preparation of quotation. Supervise and monitor day-to-day electrical site works to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards. Prepare and follow up on Inspection Requests (IRs) and Request for Information (RFIs). Review, prepare, and modify shop drawings and as-built drawings as per site conditions. Assign tasks to site electricians / technicians, guide them, and ensure work is completed with quality and within deadlines. Coordinate with civil and mechanical disciplines to resolve site clashes and ensure smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with Kahramaa regulations, QCS, and local authority requirements. Conduct inspections of materials, installations, and equipment as per QA / QC standards. Manage site documentation, daily progress reports, and technical submissions. Attend site meetings and provide progress updates and technical input. Ensure safety compliance and implement site safety measures. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5–7 years of electrical site experience in MEP projects (preferably residential / mixed-use buildings). Strong knowledge of LV / MV systems, ELV systems, lighting, power distribution, and authority regulations. Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is a plus. Excellent understanding of Kahramaa approval process and local authority codes. Strong leadership, supervision, and coordination skills. Good communication and reporting skills (verbal & written). Flexible, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
