Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning blasting and grinding Apply protective coatings paints or other finishes Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations Inspect painted surfaces for quality and defects Requirements High school diploma or vocational diploma in relevant trade Minimum of 3 years of experience in surface preparation and painting blasting Experience in ship fabrication or construction industry preferred Knowledge of painting and blasting techniques and safety standards
