Control Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Provide engineering support for control systems, including design reviews, studies, failure analysis, and advanced troubleshooting.

Implement surveillance and administration programs for critical control systems to ensure reliability, availability, and cybersecurity.

Define and document best practices and recommend performance improvement initiatives.

Manage work plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks in line with division KPIs.

Provide technical input to senior engineers and other disciplines to support business objectives.

Supervise activities undertaken by contractors, consultants, and service providers.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Minimum 4 years’ experience in an oil and gas environment.

Experience with control systems such as Foxboro, Emerson, Honeywell, Triconex, CCC, PLCs, and applications including AMS, APC, and PI systems.

Key Skills & Attributes

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Computer literate and competent with relevant engineering software tools.

Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and communication abilities.

Able to support multi-disciplinary teams and provide technical guidance effectively.
