Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Senior Quantifier to join our team and take charge of all cost aspects of civil and building works — from inception to final account. The ideal candidate will ensure cost efficiency, timely revenue recognition, and maintain strong commercial and contractual relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all cost elements of civil and building projects from start to completion.
• Ensure all expenditure is minimized while maximizing project revenue.
• Prepare and submit payment applications, cash flow forecasts, and budget reports on time.
• Administer subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Handle client site instructions, variation orders, and contract correspondence.
• Prepare cost value reconciliations, profitability projections, and backup documentation for valuations.
• Coordinate with the site and technical teams to track progress and collect project data.
• Ensure tendering procedures and package preparation are accurate and compliant.
• Secure all variations through signed Variation Orders, ensuring back‑to‑back recovery with clients.
