About Evo Sports Qatar is an award-winning multi-sports academy within Doha College offering coaching in soccer, swimming, basketball, netball, and strength and conditioning, developing children from 18 months through to adults. Evo Sports Qatar began in 2007 and is Qatar’s largest multi-sports coaching provider, contributing to a new era of sport and health culture in Qatar. Evo Sports Qatar is located at Doha College Al Wajba with facilities including a full-size football field, sports halls, outdoor training courts, two indoor pools, and fitness studios, plus a sports café. The academy also runs programmes in West Bay and The Pearl in partnership with other schools.

The opportunity Evo Sports Qatar is seeking a passionate, driven Football Development Coach to join from October 2025. You will deliver high-quality coaching sessions across the Football Development Programme, support young players through a structured pathway, and uphold Evo’s coaching philosophy and the club values : Friendship, Respect, Integrity, Pride, and Professionalism. This is an opportunity for a coach committed to player development within a thriving, values-led sporting environment.

About you

• The ideal candidate should have some experience coaching a wide range of ages and abilities. Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• You should be a highly motivated and successful practitioner who contributes positively to the academy and college.
• A high standard of written and spoken English is essential.
