Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Admin, Document Controller, and Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the construction industry, capable of managing administrative tasks, document control, and logistics efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate logistics activities. Prepare accurate and compliant shipping documentation, such as commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and other required documents.
- Maintain and manage all important documents for the project, ensuring that they are easily accessible and stored securely.
- Ensure proper document control support is given to each project.
- Ensure all documents are as up-to-date as possible within electronic filing systems.
Desired Skills & Experience
