Job descriptionInvolves assessing risks developing mitigation strategies and ensuring alignment with cybersecurity governance frameworks. Enhancing risk management practices by identifying assessing and mitigating governance and compliance risks. Supporting development of compliance mechanisms and risk reporting frameworks. Ensuring risks are escalated at appropriate levels for timely resolution. Ensure initiatives comply with relevant policies regulations and governance best practices. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies providing recommendations to address compliance gaps. Facilitate audits and risk mitigation actions by coordinating with relevant teams. Develop processes to monitor report and address risks and compliance breaches ensuring timely resolution. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks. Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Proficiency in compliance auditing. Understanding of cybersecurity policies and legal frameworks. Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements. Strong attention to detail in risk evaluation. Degree in Law Risk Management Cybersecurity Governance or a related field. Experience in working with regulatory bodies and audits preferred. 2-5 years of experience in risk management and compliance. Proven expertise in conducting risk assessments identifying compliance gaps and developing mitigation strategies. ISO 27001 Microsoft Access Risk Management Financial Services PCI Risk Analysis Analysis Skills COBIT NIST Standards SOX Information Security Data Analysis Skills
