Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and support the implementation of corporate compensation programs.
- Conduct market salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
- Perform data analysis and modeling to continually enhance the compensation structure.
- Provide insights for annual merit and bonus budget increases, ensuring internal equity and alignment with the external oil and gas market.
Qualifications
