Job descriptionAt least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef with a focus on African cuisine. Degree or diploma in culinary arts or a related field preferred. Strong leadership skills, ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills for managing the team and collaborating with other departments. Full‑time position. $1,400 per month salary. Accommodation provided. All nationalities are welcome to apply – we value diversity in our team.
Executive Chef (African Cuisine)
Location : Al-Khor, Qatar
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. Our company is dedicated to bringing African cuisine to the forefront of the culinary world, and we need a skilled chef who shares our passion for authentic and delicious dishes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu creation, food cost management, staff training, and quality control to maintain high standards for taste and presentation.
- Develop new and innovative dishes that showcase the diverse flavors of African cuisine.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment while following food safety regulations and guidelines.
