Senior Architect Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process, from initial concept and schematic design to detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers, MEP engineers, and project managers, to ensure a cohesive and integrated project delivery.
• Prepare and present high-quality design proposals, technical reports, and presentations to clients and key stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and international standards, particularly those applicable in Qatar.
• Oversee the creation of detailed architectural drawings and models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard tools.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, ensuring strict adherence to design intent and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Manage project timelines and resources to ensure milestones are met on schedule and within budget.
• Resolve complex design and technical challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
