Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the construction process on assigned projects.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and vendors; communicate requirements and progress to stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
