Overview

Construction Manager vacancy in Ar-Ruwais Qatar We are hiring a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Ar-Ruwais. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with safety regulations. You will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Strong leadership skills and the ability to make quick decisions are essential for this role. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$, without accommodation provided. Pakistani and Malayalee candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Oversee construction sites and project execution to meet scope, schedule and budget.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Adhere to safety regulations and quality standards on all sites.

Provide strong leadership and make timely, informed decisions for project progress.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing construction projects / sites.

Strong leadership abilities and decisive, problem-solving skills.

English proficiency is preferred but not required.

Willingness to work in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar.
