Overview

We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Legal Assistant, you will provide support to our team of attorneys in various legal matters. Your main responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and maintaining case files. This is a contract job with no prior experience required, making it a great opportunity for students or those looking to gain experience in the legal field. Key Responsibilities

Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information for ongoing cases Assisting attorneys with drafting legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings Maintaining case files and ensuring all necessary documents are organized and up-to-date Communicating with clients and other parties involved in cases as directed by attorneys Attending court hearings and assisting attorneys as needed Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in Law or related field preferred Proven experience working as a Legal Assistant or similar role is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and legal databases for research purposes This position is open to Indian nationals who have their own visa. As this is a contract job, no English proficiency is required. We offer a salary of 1300$ per month for this position.
