Contract Attorney in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

As a Contract Attorney in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating legal contracts for our company. This position is open to Pakistani and African candidates who are currently residing in Al-Rayyan and are fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities : - Reviewing and analyzing legal contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations - Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and other parties involved - Providing legal advice and recommendations to management on contractual issues - Drafting new contracts or modifying existing ones as needed - Conducting research on relevant laws and regulations to ensure contracts are legally sound - Maintaining accurate records of all contracts and related documents

Requirements : - Law degree from an accredited university - Minimum of 2 years experience as a contract attorney or similar role - Fluent in English, both written and verbal - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various parties - Knowledge of contract law and legal terminology - Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month. Candidates must have their own visa or be willing to obtain one.
