Overview Baker. We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Saudi Arabia. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a bakery setting and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking and looking for a new challenge.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes

Ensure quality and consistency of all baked goods

Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies

Adhere to food safety standards

Monitor ovens and adjust temperature as needed

Clean and maintain work area and equipment

Collaborate with other team members to create new menu items

Provide excellent customer service by assisting with special orders or requests

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a bakery or restaurant setting

Proficient in English (Malayalee preferred)

Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods

Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Excellent time management skills

Creativity in developing new recipes and menu items

Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
