A high-end hotel in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for creating delicious and visually stunning desserts, experience in managing a pastry team, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Create new dessert menu items and ensure high-quality presentation and taste.
- Maintain pastryInventory and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Ensure quality control and sanitation standards are met in the pastry department.
- Lead, mentor, and train junior pastry chefs; manage a pastry team effectively.
- Collaborate with the culinary team and other kitchen staff; maintain clear communication.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently in a busy kitchen.
Qualifications
