AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for an experienced Senior Operation Coordinator to join our team for projects across varying sectors and locations within Qatar. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within Qatar.

Your role

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations for facility management services, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with standards.
• Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and operational workflows to meet client requirements.
• Monitor service delivery performance and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across all FM activities.
• Prepare operational reports and provide insights to support strategic decision‑making.
• Support budgeting and cost control initiatives to optimize operational expenses.
