IRD Waiter

Overview

As an IRD Waiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities

Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner Provide recommendations and answer any questions about the menu items Ensure that all food and beverages are of high quality Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including setting and clearing tables Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service Upsell menu items and promote special offers to guests Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests Attend training sessions and meetings as required by the company Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience as an IRD Waiter Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work well in a team and under pressure Strong knowledge of food and beverage items and their preparation methods Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card transactions Fluent in English, both written and spoken Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
