Waiter / Waitress - Pakistani Nationals (Umm-Salal, Qatar)

Our busy restaurant in Umm-Salal, Qatar is currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Waiter / Waitress to join our team. We are specifically looking for individuals who are Pakistani nationals and have graduated from high school or equivalent. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates looking to kickstart their career in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the restaurant
  • Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes, specials, and promotions
  • Take orders from customers and ensure accuracy in all aspects
  • Serve food and beverages to customers following established standards of service
  • Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need
  • Handle any customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally
  • Prepare bills, accept payments, and make change if necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
  • Assist with setting up tables for new customers or special events
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Requirements :

  • Must be a Pakistani national currently residing in Umm-Salal, Qatar
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience as a waiter / waitress is preferred but not required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Basic math skills for handling bills and making change
