Leasing Manager

The Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all leasing activities, ensuring high occupancy rates, managing tenant relationships, and maximizing rental income for the companys real estate portfolio. The role involves negotiating lease agreements, developing leasing strategies, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills :

• Bachelors degree in business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales.
• Strong negotiation, sales, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, leasing agreements, and market trends.
• Experience working with leasing management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Negotiation and deal-closing ability
• Market research and data analysis skills

• Organizational and time management skills
