Accountabilities
- To ensure that sales, leasing and listing targets are met.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure set sales targets are met and / or exceeded.Take active role in negotiation of marketing agreements and commission levels with landlords / Developers.Offer outstanding customer service standards at all times, through all communication methods and channels.Act at all times in a professional manner.Ensure the listed properties database software is accurate and up to date with lead generation.Manage effective feedback mechanisms for all clients and regularly take proactive steps to improve client / vendor / purchaser / agent relationships.Ensure effective sales process to guarantee customer satisfaction.Follow all leads till final conclusion.Ensure the End of Week Activity report is accurate and submitted within the agreed timescale.Keep sales updates up to date with property market activities.Seek out new opportunities and gaps in the market.Promote the business through various marketing channels and communications.Act as “ambassador” for Mirage Property within the wider Qatar community.Ensure the Company brand duties as requested by Senior Management as may be required from time to time.Knowledge and Abilities
Knowledge of local real estate sales transactions and the local property market.Knowledge of customer service and satisfaction; solid commercial awareness.Ability to read and understand market trends and identify opportunities as per market requirements.Ability to represent the company in events and exhibitions.Ability to read sales contracts and marketing / brokerage agreements and understand the terms.Effective written, verbal and listening communication skills.Negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal skills; time management and multitasking abilities.Customer service orientation.Skills

1-3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales with a track record in commercial and / or residential property sales or leasing.Education
