Execute communication and engagement activities to support Copilot rollout. Coordinate logistics for workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings. Develop and localize Arabic‑language content, including emails, guides, and visuals. Support internal reporting and feedback collection from participating entities. Ensure timely delivery of program milestones and maintain high‑quality execution standards. Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and communications. Native Arabic speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English. Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented. Comfortable working with digital tools and collaborating across teams. Experience in government or tech‑related projects is a plus. This role is crucial to ensuring the successful implementation of the Microsoft Copilot Adoption Program. With a large and diverse stakeholder base, we need a dedicated Arabic‑speaking specialist who can : Communicate clearly and fluently with government teams in their native language. Coordinate and deliver program activities efficiently and on time. Support engagement and adoption by translating technical concepts into accessible, localized content.
