Job Description : Mondrian Doha, a luxury lifestyle hotel known for its vibrant design and exceptional guest experience, is currently seeking a dedicated and vigilant Hotel Security Officer. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.This role is crucial to maintaining a secure, welcoming environment and plays a vital part in the hotel's operations and guest satisfaction. Job Responsibilities :

Patrol hotel premises regularly to maintain order and establish a secure environment Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious behavior Respond to emergencies including medical, fire, or security threats Assist in enforcing hotel policies and procedures among guests and staff Control access to restricted areas and ensure proper guest identification Support investigations and write accurate incident and activity reports Provide escort services to staff and guests when necessary Collaborate with local authorities in case of major incidents or emergencies Perform routine checks on fire and safety equipment Education & Qualifications :

High School diploma or equivalent Prior experience in hotel or hospitality security preferred Strong observational and communication skills Basic knowledge of fire safety and first aid is an advantage Physical fitness and the ability to remain on foot for long periods Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus Salary & Benefits :
