Manage passenger check-in, boarding, and baggage services Assist with flight dispatch and gate operations Provide premium customer service to passengers Handle special requests (unaccompanied minors, VIPs) Coordinate with ramp agents and flight crew Resolve passenger queries in multiple languages Maintain compliance with aviation security regulations Requirements

Education :

High school diploma (aviation diploma preferred) Experience :

1+ year in customer service (aviation preferred) Languages :

Fluency in English + Arabic / French / German / Russian Skills :

Excellent communication Problem-solving abilities Cultural sensitivity Physical :

Ability to stand for long periods Salary & Benefits

Salary : QAR 5,000–7,000 / month Benefits :
